Residents warned on dangerous river waters

Your favorite watering hole may pose a hiden danger this summer. A captain with the Brattleboro Fire Department Dive Team warns the rainy weather is making Vermont's rivers unpredictable. Capt. Ron Hubbard said a lot of rainy days alternating with warm, humid days means the rivers may pose a danger to boaters for the next few weeks. If a canoe or kayak is part of your summer recreation plan, be sure to use a life vest and helmet.
